VS&F Classic Food International has been in the catering industry for 25 years. A family corporation spearheaded by Mr. Buddy Y. Abesamis, former President and Chairman of the Board of the Food Caterers Association of the Philippines (FCAP) and member of The International Caterers Association (ICA) of America and Mrs. Josephine C. Abesamis, a graduate of the University of the Philippines, VS&F started with a small capital of P15,000; delivering packed meals to various offices in Cubao and at present, is operating a full-scale catering enterprise, being true to its mission of providing great food, elegant set-up and the highest quality of service to companies and private individuals at a reasonable price.

VS&F is adjudged and widely recognized as the Supreme Wedding and Debut Specialist in town and the best in On the Spot Cooking, a major breakthrough in the catering business. With the On the Spot Cooking, clients are assured of ingredients that are prepared fresh and food that are cooked with utmost care by well-trained culinary professionals. VS&F has also innovated the Kitchen on Wheels, a first of its kind in the country, to provide the same great food no matter how far the distance may be.

Located in a 2,000 square meter lot in Fairview, Quezon City, VS&F houses the latest facilities in the business such as state of the art rice cookers that can cook rice for 800 persons at a time, walk-in freezers and chillers, modern bakery equipment, water purifying system, industrial ice makers, mega washing machines and ironing boards and fleet of delivery trucks, all playing an integral part to allow the company to cater to as much as 5,000 guests in a day.
