Hizon's Catering is an off-premise caterer specializing in weddings, private parties and corporate events. Established in 1987, we are now one of the top caterers in the Philippines.

Our guiding philosophy is to consistently provide clients with quality food at competitive prices and to provide a service that is efficient, friendly and courteous. In our eighteen years in the industry, it has been our policy to treat every client with utmost integrity and the highest degree of professionalism. This is why Hizon's Catering today is considered a trusted name in the industry, catering regularly to celebrities and many of the country's top corporations.

For us Filipinos, food is at the center of every celebration. This is why we commit ourselves to maintain the highest standards in the industry. Our operations are housed in a fully equipped 2,500 square meter commissary where a trained culinary team creates mouth watering treats, and, ensures that freshness and food safety is always maintained.

Our hygiene and food safety practices are at par with international standards. We follow policies set by Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, the most widely accepted food safety standard in the world. Quality controls start from the sourcing of ingredients up to the final serving of the dishes in your event.

Our ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers. Nestle, Unilever and Monterey to name a few. All of which go through a process of quality checks before being used. Even the water we use for food preparation is treated and tested in an in house water purification facility. Cooking is done using the proper procedures in a bacteria free environment.

Plates, utensil, linens and any item that will come in contact with food is properly sanitized and stored in airtight containers to ensure that everything is bacteria free. In transporting food we use delivery trucks that are sanitized daily. The food itself is transported in specialized insulated food carriers that retain the temperature of food for up to 12 hours. This is done to ensure that there is zero bacteria growth and that the need for reheating, which degrades the freshness of the food is eliminated.

Even with our emphasis on hygiene we still prepare food with our traditional philosophy of never cutting corners. We use only the best ingredients and time honoured methods of food preparation to ensure the best flavour in every dish. All of this is done to assure you that during your affair, the food that you and your guests will bite into is delicious, fresh and most importantly properly prepared.
