Mention Casa Flores de Belen and people who are privy to the floral industry of the Philippines would immediately tell you that it is the flower shop of the "Grand Dame" of the Philippine Floral Arranging Industry - Belen Bactad.

Casa Flores de Belen have been in existence for 23 years now - opening at a time when people considered floral arrangers as more of tradesmen than craftsmen.

Belen Bactad however is an artist in the truest sense of the word. She graduated with a degree from the University of Sto. Tomas Conservatory of Music with Piano as her forte. She had a knack for setting up businesses. She had set up three in Davao during the years she lived there - a steam laundry business, a trophy factory and a gift shoppe.

It was during her return back to Manila in 1985 that Casa Flores de Belen was born. She fully immersed herself in the floral business not just by traveling and learning as much as she can about the craft and the business but by joining and eventually heading industry associations and organizations that sought to uplift the trade:

Teleflora International

The Floral Arts and Crafts Design Center

The World Flower Council Philippine Chapter.

It is with the WFC however that Belen Bactad traveled extensively --- attending WFC summits in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Canada, Italy and the Netherlands. She actively involved herself in the Philippines' hosting of the WFC Summit in Manila and has, for several years, served as an officer.

Casa Flores de Belen has won several awards in floral arranging competitions through the years. Competitions like FlorAsia, Makati Foundation, FTD Regionals, Teleflora and Agrikultura Pilipina. CFDB's unique, refreshing style enjoys a strong, loyal following from among the country's top 1000 corporations, as well as the movers and shakers of the country's business sector.

A. Service/Product Line

We offer floral arrangements for Valentine's Day, mother's day, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduation, inauguration, funerals, company launchings, corporate events and many more special occasions.

Our arrangement styles range from bouquets, basket arrangements, vase arrangements, to standing sprays, corsages, leis etc. Special packages include fruits, chocolates, wine, accessories and food/grocery gift baskets for the Christmas season.

Choose from a variety of flowers such as chrysanthemums (spring flowers), roses, carnations, gerberas, stargazers, liliums, casablancas, anthuriums, orchids, asiatic and tropical flowers. New varieties are alstromeria, snap dragon, hyacinth and lysianthus.

C. Business hours and Delivery


We open from Monday to Saturday, from 8AM to 6PM and deliver to any point in Metro Manila, GMA and selected provincial cities. We process international deliveries via Teleflora International.
